Automatic Lubricant Systems Reduce Machinery Downtime

All ATS Automatic Lubricant Dispensers (also known as Automatic Lubricators or "Auto-Lubers") operate on the principle that automatic and consistent lubrication over long intervals is superior to occasional, manual lubrication. Automatic lubrication keeps constant pressure and positive lubrication on bearing points, which keeps moisture and other contaminants out of the bearings, while at the same time delivering only the precise amount (neither too little nor too much) of industrial lubricant needed to keep equipment running.
Auto-Luber Automatic Grease Lubricators from ATS ELECTRO-LUBE are either transparent or have LED indicators, so that both the lubricant level and the operating status can be easily checked by operators and inspectors. They are rugged, weatherproof, dustproof, easy-to-use, and extremely dependable. In addition, they are safer, more productive, and significantly more cost effective than manual lubrication. The problem of over - and under - lubrication caused by manual lubrication grease guns, which results in pneumatic bearing failure, is eliminated. Auto-Lubers are installed in almost any position.
The ATS ELECTRO-LUBE Auto-Luber Lubricators are available in single-point or multi-point configurations and can be mounted and controlled remotely using a PLC, Contractors or Relays. The ELECTRO-LUBER™ is a gas-driven lubricant dispenser while the ULTIMATE LUBER™, the TITAN CL LUBER™, the ELECTRO-LUBER MD™ TITAN II™, the TITAN OILER 2000™ and the JACK LUBER™ are motor driven lubricant dispensers.
ATS offers a full line of automatic lubricator accessories including Mount Plates, Battery Packs, AC Power Supplies, Distribution Blocks, and Adapters and Reducers. The TITAN™ Series and the JACK LUBER™ motor-driven lubricators use replacable grease cartridges, and are UL certified to meet OSHA requirements for Class I Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D; Class II Division 2, Groups E & F; and Class III Hazardous Location categories.
ATS ELECTRO-LUBE Auto-Luber Lubrication Systems are used by a wide range of industries from Mining, Quarrying, and Aggregate Operations, both Heavy and Light Manufacturing, Power Plants, Food and Beverage Industry, and Commercial Eequipment Maintenance. They are used in areas where productivity can be increased, machine uptime can be enhanced, or worker safety can be improved by eliminating hit-or-miss, manual lubrication methods in hard-to-access or dangerous locations, and they lower overall lubrication costs by reducing labor costs and lubricant waste.
